Reseearch Experience:

He is studying the master program of Materials Science at the University of Science, VNU-HCM. With hands-on experience in modulating and configuring magnetron sputtering systems, he has tailored these systems for specific thin films in memristor fabrication. As a key member of LIMM, he leads the development of analog memristors, contributing to pioneering research such as the potential use of ZnO nanoparticles for analog applications, published in Ceramics International (2023). Following this, he played a crucial role in advancing self-rectifying analog memristors using ZnO and MAPbI3, as documented in Applied Physics Letters and Ceramics International (2024). Additionally, he is a co-first author of a significant paper published in the Journal of Science: Advanced Materials and Devices (2023). With his expertise in fabrication techniques and material research, he is poised to be a vital young researcher driving the future of memristor development at LIMM.
