Our laboratory has established connections and welcomed the first students to various units both domestically and internationally. Joining iMMLab, you will receive reputable support from us if you have the potential and capability to take on challenges at the following units.
Phạm Phú Quân
Microsystem Lab (LMIS-1), STI, EPFL, Switzerland
Hosting PI: Prof. Juergen Brugger
Internship Period: 2024 June - 2024 Ausgust
Project: Micro-stencil fabrication for the PVD process. This stencil is designed to create micro-memristor devices. Additionally, I have studied the use of a high-end semiconductor analyzer with Pulse and Dual-Pulse signals, which is crucial for examining the synaptic behavior of memristor devices.

Võ Thị Trúc Quyên
Lab. of Molecular And Material Modeling, SA, Taiwan
Hosting PI: Prof. Jer-Lai Kuo
Internship Period: 2023-04-24 ~ 2023-07-16
I have learned how to generate data and train a model using it. When I first requested my mentor to check a job I will run, he answered, "Just do it, don't worry, it won't damage the system or explode anything." I tried and the job went wrong. But, thanks to that, I learned more through trial and error and grew more confident. I feel like the model I train, while not perfect, is better than the previous time. Furthermore, during my internship, I studied not only my project but also interesting experiences about lab culture. Finally, I really appreciate the support and help from Prof. Jer-Lai Kuo, Mr. Trong, and co-workers. This internship is a meaningful memory for me and my future.

Hồ Đỗ Hữu Hậu
Lab. of Nanodevice Physics, SA, Taiwan
Hosting PI: Prof. Wei-Hua Wang
Internship Period: 2023-05-01 ~ 2023-06-30
Participating in a two-month internship in Taiwan has been an incredibly enriching and transformative experience for me. During my time here, I have had the opportunity to work alongside talented Prof. Wei-Hua Wang and his lab in the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, Academia Sinica. The dedication and expertise they possess have inspired me to push the boundaries of my own abilities. Collaborating with them has not only improved my technical skills but also broadened my perspective on different approaches to problem-solving.
Phạm Phú Quân
Center for Nano and Energy, VNU-HN
Hosting PI: Assoc. Prof. Nguyễn Trần Thuật
Internship Period: 2022
This marks the first collaboration between Dr. Pham Kim Ngọc and Dr. Nguyen Trần Thuật. For this opportunity, I have brought some materials with potential for analog memristor devices to the cleanroom at NEC, VNU-HCM, to experiment with the photolithography process.
Ngô Hữu Thoại
Lab. of Nanodevice Physics, SA, Taiwan
Hosting PI: Prof. Wei-Hua Wang
Internship Period: 2019
Trần Hoàng Như Trâm
Institute of Physics, SA, Taiwan
Hosting PI: Updating
Internship Period: 2019
