I. Personal Statement

I have studied nanomaterials applied in resistive switching memories (memristors) for over 10 years and have been a principal investigator and science secretary in many projects funded by NAFOSTED and Vietnam National University, HCM City. Published 15 SCIE papers related to memristors as a first author/corresponding author

Comprehensive understanding of fabrication and characterization of nanostructured materials' structural, morphology and electrical properties, especially organic, inorganic and hybrid nanocomposite thin films.
